As a woman of faith, I believe leadership begins with obedience to God and grows through courage, wisdom, and stewardship.
I founded She Means Business because I saw God stirring leadership within faithful women everywhere. Yet a stirring alone is not enough—leadership must be strengthened, cultivated, and stewarded.
The She Means Business movement exists to equip women to lead their lives, influence their communities, and pursue their purpose under the guidance of God.
My life has been shaped by a commitment to learning, serving, and building.
As an educator, leader, entrepreneur, and author, I have spent years working to empower people through knowledge, faith, and strategic leadership.
Education has always been central to my journey. Through my college studies and professional training, I developed a strong foundation in leadership, education, and community impact. That foundation eventually led me into leadership roles where I could help guide others in their personal and professional growth.
Along the way, my experiences have extended far beyond the classroom. I have had the opportunity to travel extensively, gaining exposure to different cultures, perspectives, and ways of thinking. These experiences broadened my understanding of leadership and deepened my appreciation for how faith, discipline, and vision can transform lives across communities and cultures.
Through both challenges and successes, one truth has remained constant:
God does not ask for a divided heart.
When we follow His guidance fully, we discover the strength to lead with purpose and humility.

I mentor and encourage women to lead lives that reflect courage, discipline, and obedience to God. True leadership begins within and grows as we faithfully serve others.
